Butterbeer

Butterbeer as seen in the Harry Potter movies was first imagined by J.K. Rowling and brought to life by Steve Jayson, the Corporate Executive Chef for Universal Orlando, who developed the non-alcoholic version for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme parks. He created the popular butterscotch-flavored drink, which was approved by Rowling herself, to be refreshing and comforting with a taste like less-sickly butterscotch.
