Caine is the secondary antagonist of the 2023 neo-noir action film John Wick: Chapter 4, the fourth installment of the John Wick film series. He is a blind assassin employed by the High Table and also an old friend of John Wick. By the time of the film's events, Caine is hired by the Marquis de Gramont to track Wick down and kill him for his actions against the High Table, under the threat of losing his daughter Mia if he refuses. He was portrayed in the film by Donnie Yen.
