Camee Edelbrock is a third generation automotive enthusiast, racecar driver, and participating member of the automotive aftermarket industry. Her grandfather, Vic Edelbrock Sr., raced across the dry lakes of SoCal in his 1932 Ford Roadster, setting a speed record of 121mph right before WWII. His knowledge of speed was applied to business when he founded the Edelbrock Equipment Co. in 1938. Camee's father, Vic Edelbrock Jr., took over the family business in 1962, when Vic Sr. passed away at the age of 49. The love for the automobile and going fast had been passed on to Vic Jr. as it has to his daughter.
