A fictional character that resented Peter Parker (Spider-Man) for recieving a research grant over him. He was later subjected to the Carrion Virus when he stole it from Dr. Miles Warren (Jackal), a former assistant of the High Evolutionary. He has the same powers as the first Carrion who was a clone of Dr. Miles Warren. He has the powers of decaying touch, detection immunity, intangibility, life repulsion, low-level telepathy, regeneration, short-range tepeportation, superhuman strungth, and telekinesis.
