Cement Roadstone Holding Plc (CRH) is a globally operating building materials manufacturer headquartered in Dublin. The company was formed in 1970 through the merger of the Irish companies Cement Holding and Roadstone Ltd. The company is a member of the ISEQ Overall Index on the Irish Stock Exchange. It is on the stock exchanges in London and New York City and traded among the 50 companies in the EURO STOXX 50 - stock index. CRH had a production capacity of 56 million tons of cement in 2012.

The company has about 3,300 branches and associated companies, including the Swiss business groups Jura Holding (material production) and CRH Central Europe Builders Merchants (with the participation of CRH Gétaz Group (Building Materials)) and the German companies Echo precast concrete GmbH, Unidek Germany GmbH and Gefinex GmbH as well as the concrete block manufacturer EHL AG. Other components of the Group that are since 2006 Halfen GmbH, the Austrian building material suppliers Questerand the German building materials dealer Bauking AG. In 1986, the Dutch Heras, a manufacturer of construction fences, was bought.
