Global core series sold in several variations from 2006 to 2019. Each pin is a vertical guitar with a Hard Rock logo on the body and the location name under the logo. Series consists of two groups:

  1. Scratchplate: These guitars resemble a Gibson ES-335. They debuted in 2006, with six strings for United States locations and four strings for other locations. In 2007-08, they changed to two strings for all locations. Base material is silver appearance, though some U.S. locations also released gold versions.
  2. No scratchplate: These replaced the scratchplate models in many locations as of 2009-10. There are versions with three strings and versions with four strings. Some locations sold one color, while others released several colors. Base material is silver appearance.
