Destineer, Inc. was an umbrella company covering a holding company, a video game publisher, and a video game developer, that was based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The company was founded by former executive vice president of Bungie Studios, Peter Tamte, in 2001. It released titles under a number of different brands including MacSoft and Bold Games.

In January 2003, Destineer acquired MacSoft, a company also founded by Tamte in 1989, and in May 2005, it also acquired Atomic Games. In May 2011, the company silently shut down, together with all of its divisions and subsidiaries.
