The inductees of the third annual Diecast Hall of Fame in 2011 included a number of designers, entrepreneurs, and professional racecar drivers.

Among those inducted were the legendary NASCAR driver Richard Petty, who was also inducted into the first class of the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2010. Billionaire toy maker Francis Choi, founder of Early Light International, was also inducted for building ELI into the world's largest toy company. Another entrepreneur, Kevin Davey was also inducted into the Diecast Hall of Fame for founding the diecast collectible company GreenLight.

Intruiging collector John Stukonis, Connie Bashum, and Barbara Shannon were inducted, as was Chris Parker, who was honored with the People's Choice Award. Rick Castorena and Brian Rollinson was honored with a Random Acts of Kindness (ROAK) Award.
