Echo Point Books & Media

Echo Point Books & Media was founded in Vermont in 2002, in the basement of a log cabin on a dirt road off a dirt road. Originally an outgrowth of the environmental quarterly Green Living Journal, the business began with one part-time employee, focused solely on selling damaged books, and partnering with top quality publishers. After nearly a decade of successful bookselling, in 2011 Echo Point republished its first out of print book. Now, in addition to selling books online, we are also a full service publisher. We handle editing, design, and marketing, using our savvy with online book marketplaces to bring attention to the titles we publish.

Today, Echo Point employs 50 people, and operates out of a 70,000 square foot warehouse in a former printing factory in Brattleboro, Vermont. In addition to being one of the largest online booksellers in the country, we now publish over 500 of our own titles, run an in-house alternative book-binding operation, and produce audio books.
