Eric Doyle Mensinger, better known as Eric Singer, is an American hard metal drummer best known for being in the band KISS. Born in 1958 in Cleveland Ohio, he later moved to Euclid Ohio where he grew up.
In 1991, Singer became the drummer for KISS when their drummer Eric Carr died. Singer has played with numerous musical artists and bands ncluding Brian May, Alice Cooper, and John Corabi.
