Everett Marshall

Everett Marshall III is a former fire chief and was mayor of Newfield, New Jersey. He is a longtime Matchbox collector and runs the Matchbox Road Museum in Newfield. He organized the Matchbox Collectors Club in the 1990s and worked directly with the Matchbox company around that time, then owned by Tyco and based in New Jersey. In 2006 Everett was badly injured in an industrial accident and his family set up a fundraiser golf tournament to help. The tournament has since been held annually in August and now supports the efforts of the Burn Foundation of Philadelphia and Moss Rehab Hosptial in Elkins Park, PA.
