Future Business Leaders of America, or short FBLA is an American career and technical student organization (CTSO) established in 1940 and headquartered in Reston, Virginia. Recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, FBLA is a non-profit organization serving over 200,000 middle school, high school, and college students, as well as professionals. It prepares members for business careers through competitive events, workshops, seminars, and networking at conferences.
