Something Missing?

Force Motors is an Indian manufacturer of commercial vehicles and off-road vehicles and part of the Firodia Group.

In 1958, the company Bajaj-Tempo was founded to produce the Tempo tricycle under license. As Vidal & Sohn (manufacturer of pace-tricycle) of Hanomag was acquired and Hanomag later by Mercedes-Benz was acquired, and licensed aircraft of various Hanomag and Mercedes-Benz models at Bajaj have been made in each case. So built Bajaj except the tricycle and the Tempo Matador, later the Harburger transporter. This has now been replaced by the Force Traveler, a (slightly modernized) replica of the Mercedes-Benz T-1.
