1:43 model cars, made in white metal in England. No longer in business.
Set up in 1992 by David Ettel, produced by SMTS and some mastered by Rodney Fox. (Robin Aston)
He set up his company with the intention of having models made that he liked. He commissioned a pattern maker for the brass, and SMTS to make the models. Overheads thus were very high. He had the Lagonda as a convertible in top up and top down form plus a saloon which had a roof piece which fitted into the convertible body. In addition he had some Aston Martins made. SMTS took over both Aston and Lagonda masters and produced them under SMTS. (John Roberts)
