Established in 1997, FUTURA LABORATORIES (“FL”) is the innovative design studio and experimental lifestyle brand of artist FUTURA (formerly FUTURA 2000). While the FL brand was born in Brooklyn, NY, the flagship retail store operated out of Fukuoka, Japan. FL has since evolved from a product brand and physical retail outpost, into a globally-connected entity—forging powerful partnerships across the worlds of art, entertainment, sports, fashion, consumer tech, and more.
