The Ghost of Captain Cutler is an antagonist appearing in the second episode of Scooby-Doo Where Are You! (1969). At the end of the episode, it is revealed to actually be Captain Cutler, who faked his death so he could steal yachts without being detected. The outfit Cutler used to disguise himself eventually was sold to the Coolsonian Criminology Museum in Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed (2004), and his outfit was brought to life by Jonathan Jacobo.
