Don Panoz founded DeltaWing Technology Group (DWTG) in 1997 began his career in motorsports following a highly successful 35-year career in the pharmaceutical industry.

In 1961 Don Panoz co-founded Milan Pharmaceuticals, today a multi-billion-dollar global generic drug producer operating under the name Mylan N.V. In 1969, Don Panoz moved to Dublin, Ireland and founded Élan Corporation plc, another multi-billion-dollar generic drug company.

Since 1997 Panoz been engaged in a wide range of activities in motorsports through is various motorsports and technology companies and DWTG. In addition to the design and manufacture of high performance race cars, DWTG and its predecessor companies have owned the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA), the sanctioning body for the American Le Mans Series (ALMS), which resurrected endurance sports car racingin North America; auto racing teams that have competed in and won major auto races such as the Indy 500 and 24 Hours of Le Mans; and three premiere racetracks, Road Atlanta, Sebring International Raceway and Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. a. In 2013 Don Panoz merged IMSA and ALMS with NASCAR’s Grand-Am Road Racing to create the Tudor United SportsCar Championship.

His remaining activities—a significant manufacturing, design, and engineering operation; a rich portfolio of cumulative disruptive automotive technologies; and an active auto racing team with a track record of success—are now part of Green4U. This includes Panoz, a designer and manufacturer of exclusive, American-made luxury sports cars, and DeltaWing Manufacturing, both divisions of Green4U Technologies, Inc.
