Harold "Hal" Keck (February 20, 1931 - January 8, 2007) was an American racing driver.

Harold Keck served in the United States Armed Forces during the Korean War and was taken prisoner. Between 1959 and 1974 he was active in North American GT and sports car racing. In the mid-1960s he was known as Mister Cobra because he had almost all of his success on AC Cobras. In 1965, in a Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe, he and his partners Jo Schlesser and Bob Johnson won the GT class over 3 liters at the 1965 Daytona 2000 km race, finishing behind Ken Miles and Lloyd Ruby (Ford GT40). second overall. In the same year he won the Watkins Glen 500-mile race.
