Himiko Toga is a character from the My Hero Academia Franchise. She is a major antagonist and was a member of the League of Villains, affiliated with the Vanguard Action Squad. Himiko served as one of the main antagonists of the Forest Training Camp Arc. She is also featured as an antagonist during the Provisional Hero License Exam Arc and the Shie Hassaikai Arc. She later became one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front, an organization formed from the remnants of the League and the Meta Liberation Army. Himiko currently serves as a commander for the "Vanguard Action Intelligence Regiment: Carmine" along with Skeptic.

She is voiced in Japanese by Misato Fukuen and in English by Leah Clark.
