Designed by Eric Tscherne, and then completed by Mark Jones, the RD-06 was introduced in the AcceleRacers series. Serving as the choice of RD-S1 from the Racing Drones fleet, the car packs a mounted searchlight, energy balls of destruction, spike mines, and adaptive tire technology (later discovered by Metal Maniacs' Mitchell "Monkey" McClurg", and shared with all the Metal Maniac and Teku drivers). Post-AcceleRacers era, RD-06 has made various appearances in different Hot Wheels media.
