Ilkka Kivimäki (born July 20, 1949 in Salo) is a former Finnish rally map reader.
Kivimäki started as a map reader at the age of 15, touring ST with his brother Risto. After receiving the driver's license, Ilkka obtained an official racing license and the brothers went to the rallies. After acting as a map reader for Esa and Eero Nuuttila and Pertti Lehtonen, among others, Ilkka began cooperating with Markku Alén in the 1973 RAC rally.

Kivimäki started as a map reader at the age of 15, touring ST with his brother Risto. Alén signed a contract with Fiat's rally stable for the 1974 season and asked Kivimäki to be his regular map reader. Kivimäki agreed and the cooperation lasted for 20 years, until the 1993 Jyväskylä Grand Prix, when both ended their active rallies. Over the course of 20 years, the pair worked for Fiat, Lancia, Toyota and Subaru, among others, and won 19 World Rally Championships. In addition, the duo won six World Championship medals and won the FIA Cup in 1978.
Since his career, Kivimäki has been AKK 's rally coaching manager.
