James Andrew Eric Phelps

James Andrew Eric Phelps is an actor, best known for playing Fred Weasley in the Harry Potter film series.

In 2000, at age 14, he and his twin brother Oliver skipped school to attend an open audition in Leeds, despite having no previous acting experience and without their parent's knowledge. The brothers were cast as the Weasley twins in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. They went on to play those characters in all of the subsequent Harry Potter films.
