James Avery

James Avery was the original voice actor for Shredder in the 1987 animated series. He was the regular voice of Shredder up until season 8 where Bill Martin took over the role. He was also better known as Phillip "Uncle Phil" Banks in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. This character was ranked #34 in TV Guide's "50 Greatest TV Dads of All Time". He also played Michael Kelso's commanding officer at the police academy late in the series run of the popular sitcom That '70s Show
