Jean-Paul Libert (born October 14, 1955 in Kigali) is a Belgian former racing driver and entrepreneur.
Jean-Paul Libert was mainly active in touring and sports car racing. One of his first international racing appearances he had at the 24 Hours of Daytona in 1980. The race ended as partners of the two Venezuelans Francisco Romero and Ernesto Soto in a Porsche 911 Carrera RSR in 13th place overall. In 1981 he drove a Z&W Enterprises Mazda RX-7 in the World Sportscar Championship at the Daytona, Sebring and Monza races.

In 1981 he made his Le Mans 24 Hours debut in a Rennod Rating Ferrari 512BB LM. Libert started ten times in the 24-hour race in France. His best finish in the final standings was sixth overall in 1982, shared with Pierre Dieudonné and Carson Baird. In 1985 he won the Group B class ; he drove a BMW M1 with his team partner Edgar Dören and Martin Birrane.
He had his last race participation in 2001 at the 24-hour race of Spa-Francorchamps, which he finished 20th overall.
