Jiro Kuwata (born April 17, 1935 in Suita, Osaka - July 2, 2020) was a Japanese manga artist.
Kuwata made his manga debut in 1948 at the age of 13 and is best known for co-creating the 8 Man manga with writer Kazumasa Hirai, but to most overseas fans, he is best known for his manga adaptation of DC Comics' Batman comic book series, which ran from 1966 to 1967.
