Finmeccanica is organised into 7 divisions (Helicopters, Aircraft, Aerostructures, Airborne & Space Systems, Land & Naval Defence Electronics, Defence Systems, Security & Information Systems) and is also the Parent Company and Corporate Centre for the subsidiaries and joint ventures DRS Technologies, Telespazio, Thales Alenia Space, MBDA, and ATR. The Company is listed at the Italian Stock Exchange and has been admitted to the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) World and Europe 2015, which reward the companies most committed to sustainability.
