Made in US in association with Mercury of Italy and Mercury Industries of Canada, who manufactured them in Plattsburgh, NY. The first ones were made in Italy in 1958 - numbers 501 502 and 503. Later on, the production equipment was sent to the US where Mercury Industries continued production.
Later the molds were sold to Gibbs and known as Gibbs Metal Miniatures. Mini Dinky and Universal were also involved.
