Looker (Emily Briggs)

Looker is a super-hero with psionic abilities including telepathy, telekinesis, psychometry and energy blasts. In her civilian identity she was a mousy bank teller in Gotham City, although her appearance improved when she gained powers. Her metahuman abilities were activated through exposure to a comet when the Outsiders rescued her from Abyssia, and she became a member of their team. During a mission in Markovia she was turned into a vampire by the villainous Prince Roderick. Despite this, she has continued her career as a super-hero. She has also been a member of Batman Incorporated.
