Drudi became internationally known at the end of the 1990s through his involvement in GT racing. From 1997 he drove in the FIA ​​GT Championship and made his debut in 1998 with a class win at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. As a partner of Justin Bell and David Donohue, he finished eleventh overall in a Chrysler Viper GTS-R. 2001 was part of the Porsche driver crew that finished sixth overall in Le Mans with a Porsche 911 GT3.

In the late 2000s, Drudi went to the United States and has raced in the Grand-Am Sports Car Series since 2008.
