Markus Roger "Marc" Gindorf (born April 16, 1957 in Dillingen) is a German racing driver and entrepreneur based in Monaco.
Gindorf began his career in karting. In 1990 he drove in the German Renault 5 Turbo Cup. In 1991 he competed in the German Renault Clio Cup and in the Renault Clio Eurocup, which he won. In 1992 he also won the German Renault Clio Cup and the Mil Milhas Brasileiras.

In 1993 he contested several DTM races with a BMW M3 Sport Evo for the Auto Maass team. In 1994 he switched within the DTM to Persson Motorsport, for which he contested the entire season with an AMG Mercedes 190 E this time. In 1995 he switched to the Super Touring Car Cup, where he finished 17th and vice-champion in the private driver classification in his debut season. He stayed there in 1996 and 1997.
In 1998 he competed in the Porsche Supercup and in 1999 in the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany. He also drove there occasionally in 2001 and 2002, and in 2002 he started again in the Porsche Supercup.
In 2008 he drove a race in the ADAC GT Masters and in the VLN. He also started in the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring and finished fifth overall. In 2009 he started sporadically in the FIA GT3 European Championship and again in the ADAC GT Masters. In the last few years he started in the VLN and won a total of 9 class wins and 3 classification group wins.
In 2006, Gindorf was sentenced to 14 months imprisonment for criminal advertising by the district court of Mannheim in a lawsuit concerning his company's mass promises of profits, which were intended to encourage older people in particular with a low level of education to order from a product catalogue. Today, Gindorf is a co-owner of the Formula E team Venturi.
