Margaret Tiger is Daniel Tiger's younger sister and the newest member of the Tiger family. Daniel loves her very much, but does not initially like the fact that her arrival changes his way of life. Her best friends are Leo and Teddy Platypus, and she enjoys playing with her big brother Daniel.

Margaret first appeared in the episode Meet The New Baby. Since then, she's made regular appearances in episodes of the show, and has celebrated both her first and second birthdays during that time.
