Marshawn Lynch (born April 22, 1986) is an American Football running back for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the first round of the 2007 NFL Draft. Lynch played college football at California, where he became the school's second all-time career rusher.

Lynch earned the moniker "Beast Mode" during his first career playoff game on January 8, 2011 when he broke over nine tackles en route to seal a Seahawls victory with a 67-yard touchdown run against the New Orleans Saints. Lynch helped the Seahawks win Super Bowl XLVIII in 2013.
