Inker Matt Banning picked up his well known nickname of Batt while in art school. His work first gained notice while working at Top Cow as inker on some of the company’s most popular titles such as The Darkness and co-created Ascension. Since then he has inked a number of high profile projects including New Avengers and Thor for Marvel and Superman/Batman, Batman: The Return, Green Lantern Corps, and Green Lantern: New Guardians for DC. He currently inks the Superman/Wonder Woman monthly series.
