Matt Cody is a monster truck driver from Williamsport, Maryland who drives Iron Warrior and Blue Thunder for Vaters Motorsports. Cody began as a crew member full time in 2010 then began doing fill-in driving in 2012. In 2014, he began driving full time and started his first full season of Monster Jam in 2015 driving a second Black Stallion. For the summer of 2016, he filled-in as the driver of Bounty Hunter and Iron Outlaw for 2Xtreme Racing. In 2017, he began driving Blue Thunder on the Monster Jam Triple Threat tour. When outside the tour, he drives Iron Warrior. In 2019, he won the first Monster Jam World Finals Speedster Obstacle championship.
