Miss Elaina

Miss Elaina is a main character who made her debut in the episode "Daniel's Birthday" and is also one of Daniel Tiger's best friends. She is well known for doing many things like doing things backwards and introducing new games for her friends to play. She lives in a Merry Go Round with her parents, Lady Elaine Fairchilde, a character from the original Mister Rogers' Neighborhood TV series, and Music Man Stan, from the "Christmastime with Mister Rogers" special. Stan sometimes calls her Elainaberry. Her best friend is Daniel Tiger.

She has natural black hair styled in Afro puffs and a pink headband. On one occasion, when her hair was dressed by Nana Platypus, she had her hair in braids. Her cheeks are bright red at all times. She wears a long-sleeved pink and yellow dress with leggings and pink Mary Jane shoes. When She's at the beach, she wears a pink one piece bathing suit with a star in the middle. (But the star was not seen in Safety at the Beach)
