Made 4 or 5 models only. Made by SMTS in England. 1938 Hudson coupe, 1938 Hudson convertible TD, 1938 Hudson convertible TD Indy 500 Pace Car, and a 1942 Oldsmobile conv coupe. All were in white metal.

Randall Olson said in his book, GM IN MINIATURE: "Newbank Models was a range of 1:43 scale handbuilt white metal models of American automobiles produced during 2000-2003. It offered primarily three different 1938 Hudson models (Hudson 8 Coupe Victoria, Hudson Convertible, and Hudson 112 Convertible in Indianapolis 500 Pace Car livery) in the Memorial Series, which was produced in memory of Ann Newton-Banks, the late wife of the founder of Newbank models, Tony Banks."
