OFF 43 from Milan started producing 1/43rd scale diecast models in 1996. The range mainly consisted of Italian commercial vehicles from the 1950s and 1960s: Alfa Romeo Romeo 2 and F12 vans and the Fiat Campagnola off-road vehicle were released in various liveries.
There were also several resin models, e.g. an Alfa Romeo Matta off-roader and several Fiat vehicles. The company was directed by Enrico Niccolini who had also worked for Giocher. In 2002 Progetto K bought the moulds of some OFF 43 models and kept on manufacturing them under their own name.
