An American pop rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2004 by Brendon Urie, Ryan Ross, Spencer Smith, and Brent Wilson. Their second single "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" lead their first studio album to go triple platinum in the US, rocketing them to global fame. 

On January 24, 2023, Urie officially announced that Panic! at the Disco would disband following the conclusion of the Viva Las Vengeance Tour on March 10, 2023.
