Grupo Panrico (an acronym for Panificio Rivera Costafreda SL and previously known as Panrico Donuts ) was a Spanish food group founded in 1962 that sold its products in Spain. It became the first group in market share in this country in sweet pastries and pastries and the second in sliced bread and salty pastries. 1
In 2016 , after a serious financial crisis, the group was bought by Bimbo Spain , which kept the Donuts , Bollycao and Donettes brands and sold Panrico's sliced bread business and the brand to Adam Foods .
