It was a combination of three companies, Keuka Boat Co., Hinson Truckinng Co., & Pierce Freight Lines They recieved their incorporation from the state of New York in June 1941 for a business in Penn Yan, New York.

In 1944 they purchased Ruth's Express of Penn Yan. Ruth's Express itself was three companies, Brizzee Motor Lines, Circle Express, & Ruth's Express. In order to expand their territory, they purchased another company, Freidman Freight Forwarders in 1953.
