Peter Mamerow (born September 20, 1958 in Dortmund) is a German racing driver and entrepreneur. He is the father of racing driver Christian Mamerow and team boss of the Mamerow Racing team.

Peter Mamerow started his driving career in 1984 in touring car racing. In that year he started as a private driver with a VW Golf GTI in three races of the German Production Car Championship (later DTM) and finished 23rd at the end of the season. In 1985 he competed in the production car championship as a private driver with a VW Golf GTI and also as a driver for the Ulrich Mönninghoff RT team with a Chevrolet Camaro Z28. After a break, he only drove in the 1987 DTM race at the Nürburgring.
