Pacific Intermountain Express (P•I•E, commonly abbreviated as PIE) is a LTL (Less Than Truckload) carrier that went bankrupt & closed down in 1990.

In (a business deal, they were sold to a company called International Utilities. After a few years of losing money, I. U. sold them to another company called Maxitron. While they were I. U., they were also part of Landstar. (Note the logo, blue & red wedges on a white trailer), same as Poole Truck Lines before Poole was sold to Schneider National. At one time, Landstar had at least 5 different companies under the same parent company.
