Praline Auto-Modelle

Brand

Something Missing?

Praliné was a brand of 1/87 scale plastic car models issued by the company MFB GmbH in Germany. The first Praliné models came onto the market in 1982. In 1986 Praliné outsourced their distribution in Germany to Revell, but after several years this agreement ended and the models were distributed directly by Praliné again. In 1991 Praliné relocated to St. Georgen in the Black Forest area and moved to Schönheide in 1993. In 1994 the MFB company went bankrupt and Praliné was taken over by Busch. After a reorganisation, quality improvements in all areas and a complete overhaul of the program, in Summer of 1994 the first "Busch Automodelle 1:87" were delivered. Praliné models still carrying the Praliné name on the bottom-plate have been available for several years in the Busch program but the Praliné logo seems to have disappeared completely now.
