Quan Chi

Quan Chi (拳痴) is a character in the Mortal Kombat series. A demon of the Netherrealm known for his dark magic and necromancy, Quan Chi is a powerful enemy to both Earthrealm and Outworld. He is a frequently appearing, major antagonist in the series and ally to the Fallen Elder God Shinnok.

Quan Chi made his debut in the animated series, Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm while his first video game appearance was in Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero in which he served as a secondary antagonist and sub-boss, a role he reprises in many games after.
