Something Missing?

Red is a character featured in the Pixar Studios' Cars franchise, including multiple films, shorts, video games, and a comic. He is a silent fire truck who serves as Radiator Springs' local fire truck and firefighter. Red is based on 1960s style fire trucks, most closely resembling a mid-1960s Pirsch pumper, but also resembles American LaFrance models. His license plate reads "002" and is painted almost entirely red.

Red was voiced by Joe Ranft until his death in 2005 when his brother Jerome took on the role. Most of the International versions have Luis Daniel Ramírez providing Red's voice.
