It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon.

It is a member of the Legendary titans along with Regirock, Regice, Registeel, and Regidrago.

Regieleki is an electric golem-like Pokémonmade mostly of electric energy generated by a single organ. It has a round yellow body with three spikes on top of its head. It has a pink pattern on its face that resembles the letter "X". Regieleki has five blue, metal-like insulated rings with two serving as shoulders connect to electric-like arms, while the other three serve as a combined bottom for the triangle body shape with lightning-shaped legs. Its body can glow bright yellow and the electric arms can open when attacking.

According to legend, Regieleki was created by Regigigas using pure electric energy. Regieleki absorbs electrons in order to stay alive and is said to have the greatest power of any Electric-type Pokémon, being powerful enough to generate all of Galar's electricity. The insulated rings on Regieleki's body cannot conduct electricity, and is believed to have been put on it by ancient people who were tormented by it, in order to restrain its powers.^[1] It is said that if the rings were to be removed, Regieleki would be able to unleash its latent powers.

Regieleki is the only known Pokémoncapable of learning the move Thunder Cage.
