Round 2 is a limited liability company that produces model kits, diecast models, slot cars and other hobby products. The company is based in South Bend, Indiana. The company was founded in 2005 by Thomas E. Lowe who previously owned a toy company Playing Mantis.

Round 2 (backed by Praesidian Capital) acquired the iconic 125-year-old Lionel, LLC, in March 2026. The merger united heritage model train, die-cast, and slot car brands under one portfolio. (Lionel & Lionel Racing; Auto World, Johnny Lightning, and Racing Champions;  AMT, Polar Lights, MPC, Hawk, and Lindberg)
