French toy cyclists, cars and vans, most made as part of Tour de France promotional caravan.  Mostly 1950s or 60s diecast aluminum, around a nominal 1.43 scale.

The company was founded by Victor Salza in 1947 and closed in 1978.  By the 1960s, the cyclists were made in plastic. The Jeeps were also produced starting in the 60s. (French wiki)
