Scott Malkinson is a South Park character first introduced in the episode "Elementary School Musical" as an attempt by the other boys to replace Stan. The replacement is unsuccessful, however, as Scott's lisp and diabetes makes him an easy target for Cartman's cruelty. Scott has remained a character in the show, and is voiced by Matt Stone.
