The comic title Solar was relaunched by Valiant Comics in 1991 as Solar, Man of the Atom, featuring a scientist named Phil Seleski who remembered reading the Gold Key comics. Published by Valiant and Acclaim Comics in the 1990s, Solar continued to be published by Dark Horse and Dynamite Entertainment after 2010.
